The single was released at the height of the Cold War, the video depicted a wrestling match between the then President Ronald Reagan and then Soviet leader Konstantin Chernenko.

The effect by moving the walls of the set on a stationary floor, the furniture in the room was attached to the walls and was released when the walls were moved, further helping to create the look of a moving floor.
